Nowadays you find it everywhere: in smartphones, remote controls, cars - even in places where you wouldn't expect it. PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) are those green plates that are ubiquitous. But how do they actually work? And more importantly, how do you design them yourself?

For many, these green pictures remain a complete mystery. After this workshop, this may no longer apply to you.

In this course, Erik Bozelie will explain how you can go from an idea to a prototype and ultimately to a PCB design, which you can even have produced in China.

This course mainly shows what steps you need to take and how you can realize your idea using the open source program called KiCad.
