First thing I thought was her My December album, and I loved that album. It too was one of my favorite of her albums. I remember playing the CD over and over and over on replay on a drive from Florida with my children to visit my parents in Texas. It was just the three of us. I am divorced for 12 years now and I was so traumatized through the whole experience of that marriage and experience I still haven't dated since. I do believe in true love, and I know it exists, but I'm not in any hurry to find it. I feel like if God truly wants me to meet a wonderful man we will meet if God wants me to stay single the rest of my years we won't. I'm ok with either one. What I want most of all is to continue lovin' and enjoying my life. I am so thankful and grateful that God rescued me when he did, and there's no way I would ever want to live like that again in that emotional chaotic dysfunction ever again. God bless all of those like me who have had a dysfunctional marriage or relationship and may we all continue to heal. Most of all if there is anyone currently in a relationship that is hurting you so bad and you don't know what to do, remember, a loving relationship is never perfect, but a loving relationship is one where you aren't causing someone to cry every day, a functional working thriving relationship is one where when your lover is with you, absolutely hates to see you cry, they certainly aren't making you cry, but rather caring and loving and being a consistent loving companion and lover and supportive to you, a helpmate. You thrive as one together, so that you can both become your best selves while you support one another and cheer one another on through this adventure and journey called life. ♥️
