I disagree with the sugar/hyperactive. As a mother of a super hyper kid I know for a fact that when I removed sugars, additives and dyes from his diet his hyperactivity disappeared. He was so hyper that none of my family could stand to be around him. He became a different human being without the sugar. You'd be surprised at how many foods have sugar in them.

You should NOT wake a sleepwalker. No, it doesn't kill them, but it is a huge shock. I know this from experience, as I sleptwalked with some regularity as a child and into my teens. Once my mom woke me, and it is awful shock to suddenly find yourself in a different place than you thought you were in. And sleepwalking people don't "stumble around" --- my eyes were open and I could see what I was doing. I even got dressed once, in my sleep.

A colleague once told me about the 8 cups of water thing while I was making coffee at the office. I mentioned that if that was the goal I had it covered easily. So she said "water, not coffee".
