11:32. It doesn't seem possible that this could be the root cause. There is no cell in the body that's older than 7 years old, so it's not like the reduction in MSCs is due to a waning number of them that managed to survive from birth. When you're a teenager, not a single one of your 1:100k MSCs were alive when you were born, they're all new to the scene. So the real question here is, what is the mechanism for MSC population reduction over time? Why does the body not stabilize on a reasonable MSC ratio? Can we find the mechanism the body uses to regulate MSC production?

Toughts on cold showers/ice bath post stem cells? Ice bath create cell death so I would not wanna risk killing the new cells with that, but cold showers? Having lower inflammation so the stem cells might work better, as you said
