Sonic 2: The hardest; fought with no rings and after another difficult boss.
Sonic Generations: The biggest Classic Robotnik version, but also the most fragile.
Sonic 4: The most durable; when damaged to the point of malfunctioning, also the fastest.
LEGO Dimensions Sonic Pack: The most powerful; comes with an invincibility shield, lasers that create restrictive barriers, the ability to jump and almost immediately land, and being durable enough that Sonic never actually destroys it; Eggman retreats from inside the robot when Chaos attacks.
Sonic Mania: The fastest properly-functioning version; cannot jump and isn't very durable due to being the first major boss but can move and attack simultaneously, which in an enclosed arena would absolutely wreck Sonic.
Sonic Forces: By far the largest and features an eye laser, but also mass-produced so probably not the toughest version. We'll have to wait and see.
