Thule Pulse Cargo Box Review and Installation

I searched everywhere for the right way to expand storage and there are so many options out there - hitch cargo carriers, roof racks, roof bags, cargo boxes galore. The Thule Pulse has been a good decision.

The Pulse (Large) sits perfectly on top of the 2019 RAV4. The XL would have been too long but the Large is perfect for a smaller SUV. It also has flexibility in how it's mounted - the clamps slide up and down so you aren't locked into just 1 size which I saw was an issue for other boxes.

This box can easily fit several suitcases/bags, golf clubs, sports equipment, coolers, Christmas presents, etc. It's a great solution for anyone who is looking for more cargo room without upgrading their vehicle to something larger.
