I MUCH prefer getting register rewards over Walgreen's cash, because you can use those to lower your out of pocket to earn more Walgreen's cash on those spend boosters! I use my Wags cash to earn the RR, then use the RR to earn more Wags cash, without high out of pocket costs. Thanks for bringing us all the great deals, and warning us about the Tide pods not ringing up correctly! It's great that you point out that the register rewards are not "free, " and they didn't fall out of the sky! Another channel counts them as free and double dips. Newbies wonder why they are spending so much money out of pocket, when everything is "free!"

Just a heads up but I don’t think you can redeem Walgreens cash when using a paper booster. (Unless you do some kind of contactless payment method through the app). So glad you didn’t use your $3.
