His Majesty calls for youth entrepreneurship to strengthen economy

At Brunei's National Youth Day, His Majesty called for more youth to venture into entrepreneurship, highlighting that progress has been made by youth businesses in entering international markets.

The Brunei government has set up a dedicated steering committee lead by The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports to help advance youth entrepreneurship by creating an ecosystem that offers different types of developmental programmes and assistance to businesses.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (YEE) currently offers 50 initiatives covering training, financing, infrastructure and other areas; offered by national agencies including @darussalamenterprise, @bankusahawan, @mprt_brunei and @livewirebrunei.
