Even with all of the new competition, I think Airbnb is still very lucrative if you can adapt to the new market of competition and build a unique selling point. Don't wait to get into the short-term rental market if you want to get in just because of things like interest rates, seasonal changes, and house prices. In the long run, you really can't go wrong with real estate, which is why tons of millionaires are in real estate!

I tried to book an Airbnb in Ohio and the cheapest place I could find was $2200.00 a month….😞. One I found was $1200. But wanted a $400 admin fee and $250. For a cleaning fee… 😳😡. I stayed in a nice hotel with a free full breakfast AND at happy hour the food they put out was very good and filling…. I WILL NEVER stay at an Airbnb……
