I really enjoyed this presentation and will watch over, to learn these master class instructions.
If I may, when coloured text is similar to the background, it can be difficult to make out the text information, as shown on the final cup shots.
Is there any chance of future classes to add darker text on the light background.

Iced coffee update:

Add sugar to the glass, then brew the coffee. Stir so the sugar dissolves in the hot coffee.

Then add cold milk and ice.
