It's not good for kids under 2 to have screen time. But parents can't avoid some circumstances as kids these days are entertained in educational games on ipads and computers. So to protect kids' eyes from negative effects, parents should put blue filters on all devices like a screen protector by ocushield. I've got one for my little brother and mine as well for my iphone and pc. It's works well on me so it's good for kids too.
