Bullet Speed Comparison of my Best Magnetic Weapons | Magnetic Games

In this experiment, I compare the velocity of the outgoing projectile of all the strongest magnetic weapons I have built so far. I do not take into account the weight of the bullet, so the fastest cannot be considered the most powerful. Fun fact: this is what they use on making railguns and Maglev trains. (Magnetic Acceleration)

Using the magnetic accelerator design for the dart. A small pipe with two small magnets at the beginning and slowly increasing the magnets sizes the further down the barrel. Means much higher velocities.

Can you put a few of those together (from 2.17 onwards) so one accelerates into another and it gets faster? Edit - I'm guessing not as you have one magnetised ball and one not, the one that ejects is not iron based.

i imagine if one left one and enter another that the speed would double itself, i imagine if one left one moving 40km an hour and entered another that the speed would become 1600km and it if entered another the speed would go up to 64, 000km an hour
you should see if it does so it can be used in space, the only thing that could prevent it would be that the magnets need to double in strength each time, in all likelihood you could use the same magnets each time the ball left one and entered another
