You can heavy counter bullseye after parrying him. You cancel out his evade

I've got a duped 4* Colossus and he doesn't do anywhere near the damage my 4* Corvus Glaive can do... I'm not convinced

Yeah dude I got him rk 2. And he's was knocking ROL fights out in 15-20 hits. Like dayum.

Take him to Raids with critical armor. You won't regret it

51 seconds kinda mid though. Yeah he has a lot of immunities but he's also very parry reliant which doesn't work for a lot of fights.

And no, if you take 12% damage and take 51 seconds then it is not a "perfect counter". It's a respectable performance for bullseye being such a tough defender but it's far from perfect.
