Is China trying to provoke a verbal conflict with India in the middle of elections? How else can you explain China's actions? Why is China repeating its claims on India's Arunachal Pradesh? Why is Beijing attempting to rename lakes, mountains and districts that do not even belong to China? If not a provocation, what is it?

India should withdraw its recognition of Tibet as Chinese territory and immediately withdraw its acceptance of the one-China-Taiwan policy!

The truth is had India under Nehru's leadership prevented Communist China from occupying Tibet in 1959, the current issue of China laying absurd claims over Arunachal Pradesh would never arise. An effective way to silence China is for India to made public statement of how historically India shared a common border with Tibet and not China. Prior to China's invasion and occupation of Tibet, there was not a single Chinese soldier on the once peaceful Indo-Tibetan borders along the massive Himalayan ranges.

All of the Indian Army's victories occurred under the Congress party's leadership, not the BJP's. These victories include reclaiming Goa in 1962, securing Bangladesh's independence in 1971, and the success in the Kargil War in 1999.
In contrast, the BJP's actions have been less successful. For instance, in 2017 during the Doklam standoff, the army withdrew following China's final warning. Today, the Chinese PLA remains stationed in Doklam, transforming it into a fortified military base and constructing multiple villages in the area.
2019, with Barakot, air strike totally failed, with a mig 21 shot down and pilot got invited to taste fantastic tea
Furthermore, in May 2020, 72 Indian soldiers were wounded by PLA forces and hospitalized at Pangong Lake. Then, on June 15-16, 20 soldiers were killed, and 200 others were captured by the PLA. This information was reported in The Express Tribune article dated October 10th, 2021, titled "Indians furious..."

The entire issue in the eastern sector between China and India stems from the British's illegal claim to the entire South Tibet through the notorious McMahon Line, a claim that India never obtained before the British, nor could it achieve independently. Now, India is attempting to retain what it could not obtain on its own, but only inherited illegally from its former colonial master.
South Tibet was never claimed by the British; the McMahon Line was merely proposed by the British in 1914 as a negotiation tactic with the Chinese government. However, no Chinese government ever agreed to it. This is why Tawang, which should be on the west side of the McMahon Line according to maps, remained under the control of the Tibetan local government throughout the British Raj period, rather than being controlled by the British Raj. Tawang was only occupied on February 14, 1951, not by the British, but by Nehru's dispatched army. The PLA reached Lhasa in October 1952.
"Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today announced that his government will set up a memorial for Major Bob Khathing, an Army officer who commanded a small team of soldiers to establish India's administrative control in Tawang, which borders China, in 1951."
