Before you install the M.2 or RAM advise to disconnect the battery cable for security reasons.

I just installed my WD SN550 and it burned up as soon as i turned it on. Anyone know what could've caused this? Its NVMe (m key) and I installed it like obvious. It needed a little bit of force to put in but nothing really out of the ordinary untill the smell hit? You guys think it was DOA?
