Clint Howard and Nicholas Melody are the Roos I remember growing up with, so they get my vote. Sara Sheen is nice too.

Sara Sheen bizarre casting in the Christopher Robin’s movie is rather confusing.

Yes, I know we have had actresses like Jessica D Stone (Jay D Stone in various credits) who have voiced boys even as younger girls and were surprisingly good at it.

But this is not one of those situations. I mean don’t get me wrong she is nice to listen to and probably will get better at voicing boys in her future career but half the time I felt like the people at Disney couldn’t decide whether to make Roo a boy or a girl and at the same it was kinda obvious that a girl was voicing him.

My very favorite voices of Roo are Clint Howard, Dick Billingsley, Nicholas Melody, Nikita Matthew Hopkins, Jimmy Bennett and Sara Sheen because those kids act mature while Wyatt Dean Hall, Max Wolf Burkholder and Aaron Spann act immaturely.

I've always been partial to Nikita Hopkins. Jimmy Bennett is one of my favorites as well - he was also Roo in Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie.

You missed his voice in Shirley Temple's Storybook, though all he said was "Look at me jumping!" With Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore and Welcome to Pooh Corner, I would have picked Danny Cooksey and with The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, I would have picked Phillip Glasser.

I like all of them except for Sara Sheen. The character is clearly a male, I don’t get why they went with a young girl instead of a boy. I mean there are women like Tara Strong and Laura Bailey who can sound good as young boys but Sara is clearly new to voice acting there for she is inexperienced in voicing boys which just caused the character to sound like a young.

No disrespect to Sara but she is a miscast.

Unless if Disney decided to change his gender.
