I’m a fire engineer with a major US insurance company. Without sprinkler protection we would not offer insurance for a warehouse like this. Have you completed sprinkler tests at a lab such as UL or FM? A fire in a dense array like this could not be fought manually. You rely entirely on sprinklers or it will burn to the ground.

The two things that come to mind are fire safety and lack of a fallback if the system fails for some reason.

Is there an integrated fire monitoring and suppression system? (Halon or equivalent)

Human accessibility has a bunch of benefits. What would happen if a container jammed halfway up a stack in the middle of the dense cube? Is the truss rated for person to go across the top to do maintenance? Would a separate gantry systems be required for access?

I find this stuff so fascinating. Like watching a lava lamp. If I won the lottery and had a ridiculous amount of disposable income, I'd want to make a warehouse with this stuff and just watch these robots scoot all day. Tried to convince a former employer to get these, but to no avail.

Hi, I have several questions:
1) How deep down the robot can dig? Can it dig the crate from the lowest level? If so, how?
2) After the crate was picked, robot takes it to the lift which takes it down for picking the order? And then the crate is moved up again by lift?

Who fills those boxes, and where are they filled. It looks lika a lot of work since boxes are small and have to be filled often.
