[OISRT - Day 1] Frums - Options

This is my submission for OISRT Day 1. This modfile was originally going to be made a long time ago (around 2019 I think). Because some of the sprites and chart was made with no code added, I thought this will be good to start for the event and it wouldn't look too rushed. Hope you enjoy!
