My long distance girlfriend of 2 years asked if I could spend the summer with her. I said I could be there in a week. To surprise her I drove for 23 hours straight, no breaks, so I could be there sooner. Turns out she asked me to come visit because she said it was more respectful to break up in person than over text and proceeded to kick me out of her house. Was too sad to drive home at that point so I lived out of my car for a couple days till I felt okay enough to drive home.
