Love the new background of your video. Regarding the quotes, they are considered the person's intellectual property and are protected by copyright by default. Unless the person the quote comes from has died 70 years prior, it is not advisable to use the quotes without written permission of the famous person that uttered it. It is better not to use them just to be on the safe side.
