Hello,

I just bought the PS4 Slim yesterday and after setting it up, I tried a game on a disc(Killzone). From what I have seen on other PS4s the disc needs to be pushed in without any efforts, but on mine, when I first entered the disc I needed to force it in in order for the console to pull it inside. Now I wonder if it is normal, or is mine defective? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
