Mesa Potamos Waterfalls Cyprus

One of the most beautiful waterfalls of Cyprus is located in the Limassol mountains, near the Mesa Potamos picnic area and the Timios Prodromos Monastery.
The waterfalls of mesa Potamos is formed of an altitude of 900 meters and the water falls from a height of 7 meters. The water from the river springs from almost twice that altitude, from within the Troodos forest and crosses through Platres to reach this point.
The flow of the river creates beautiful setting in Arkolahania, where the water falls located. Plane trees, oak trees and pine trees create a cornucopia of colors and aroma
