Great review again! In my opinion you don’t need the kicker indeed. It makes it more magic than mentalism. I love the art on the tarot card, a very strong image and easy to talk about what the magician represents in tarot. Also I love the prop-less version talked about in the instructions. It reminded me somehow about this famous max maven effect with imaginary coins :)
