In my opinion the Suarez handball is the essence of the World Cup. Putting everything on the line for your country no matter the circumstances or repercussions . Whether it be a final or not it was a sacrifice that was for the greater good. Anybody in his shoes would do the same thing. The Zidane headbutt is iconic but mostly because it is him. Yes a headbutt in a final is crazy but it in my opinion what Suarez did was beautiful. I can’t say the same about Zidane.

For each matchup would it be more exciting to giving a moment or player a percentage e.g. zidane headbutt 70% suarez handball 30% then you rng to decide winner so there could be “upsets” to keep it interesting for future rounds

I've been watching WC since 2002(my first WC) and to this day nothing beats Saudi beating Argentina, that moment meant a lot to me. It was a childhood dream to see Saudi beat a big historical team. I remember me and my friend used to play with Saudi and see how far we got in the WC on FIFA 2003. The furtherest we got was semi finals and Germany knocked us out 3-1. That's how much Saudi beating Argentina meant to me. Also Brown Asian pride too.
