Howdy,

After a deal is moved to the "Closed Won" or "Closed Lost" Deal Stage, what is the best way to remove it from the Deal Pipeline? Our team has a ton of Deals in both the "Closed Won" and "Closed Lost" stage. Some of these Deals are a year old and completely irrelevant to the pipeline today. Any advice would be greatly appreciate. (the Hubspot community does not provide a useful solution.)

Great video! Should you have a "Curated" or "Unqualified" stage?

About 30% of deals of ours are either curated or unqualified at some point during the sales process after booking a call.

Would it be a "Lost" stage in the pipeline? Or should I not have it?

If I didn't have it, how would I filter them out of that view so I can forecast correctly (for example, a demo was held, but it turns out they were unqualified).

Thanks in advance!

What is your recommendation for situations in which the demo or the discovery call got canceled? As not all deals go through that stage, I would think that this shouldn't be a separate deal stage. Should these deals stay in "Demo scheduled" even if currently there is no new date for the demo/discovery call?

I'm no sales expert, certainly not trained in it at least .. but that seems like a great way to approach it.

If I remove the deal after inactivity, what should happen to their Lifecycle Stage? They're technically no longer an "opportunity", right?
