Speed goes Sid. He’s able to move fast enough to appear as a blur.
Durability goes to Manny. He tanked getting hit by a geyser blast & wasn’t launched into the air (Mainly due to his 11 ton mass), & didn’t seem affected by it.
Agility goes to Shrek. He evaded, dodged, & outran crossbow arrows, & could catch one of the witches thrown skull chains with his bare hands.
Feats go to Shrek. He temporarily overpowered a 10 ton dragon, & threw a bottle into a ship so hard that it immediately caught on fire & began so sink.

I think it was kind of unfair to pit Donkey against Diego, as well as Sid against Puss in Boots, as they are on different levels. So it should have been Diego versus Puss in Boots and Sid versus Donkey.

As for Shrek and Manny, I think Manny wins in Strength, Durability, Hax, Abilities and Endurance (and I also noticed that some previous threads didn't show up, but if he did, Manny would take Battle Qi and Combat) while Shrek wins in Agility (and would win in Skills).
That said, the count is:

Think about it, Diego is currently mauling puss as he keeps slicing diego, sid and donkey were both crushed in the struggle and manny is currently locked in with shrek. Then all of a sudden, lightening crackles around them and a being of pure light materialises in the very middle, the smoke dissipitates and it is revealed to be Scrat. He holds an acorn above his head and slams it into the earth, as immense heat blasts oit of the hole, reducing everyone besides scrat to ash, he screams. A scream that has been held in for 22 years and the earth, solar system, galaxy and even universe just disapears
