This is an interesting perspective on the ethos that becomes apparent…or absent…in coaching. I’ve always wondered why people who claim to be “football fans” exhibit the most confirmation bias in this area specifically.💯
I see “football fans” claiming Prime is “all flash no substance” for instance…then I see articles about him teaching and advocating financial literacy for players outside of his sons. I see Riley being called everything but his name…but consistently demonstrating a mastery of his craft that produces top draft picks. It’s almost like people aren’t equipped to have uncomfortable conversations by default…🤔💯
