I use 5 w led bulb and its totally okay for a bed room, i use 10 w for rooms with high light requirements and 15 for study room

Wrong mathematics. 24w or 2600lm for 100sqft room is under exposed room. perfectly exposed room calculation according to the light type is,
For Pannel light- room sqft multiply 0.6
For COB spot light- room sqft multiply 0.7.
