Because this electrician has found himself crawling through a crawl space with 4 inch rigid pipe above a boiler room, or wrestling 750 MCM in the winter, or tying rebar and chairs for concrete encased services, or just pulling 300 feet of 8 number 12s through 3/4 conduit.

New to the world of electrical, came with a decently stocked tool bag, as I always figured I’d end up doing carpentry, it’s nice actually having the stuff the carpenters ask to borrow. (I work on wooden boats, so there’s always a carpenter realizing they forgot their tape or hammer etc around)

Man that diagram bit is too real. Have worked with a few residential electricians over the years who tried to become troubleshooters and they couldn't read a schematic or follow ladder logic in a PLC to save their lives.
