As a Vietnamese, im not gonna say he doing it out of his heart or taking responsibility, he was more or less forced to resign due to how much corruption his family have commited, they aren't even being charge for it just yet.
Im hope that his wife and nephew get prosecuted for their action, only then will i see this as a succesful crackdown.

Things like this will not happen in America, the culture is to different. Criminality, corruption, lies, schemes, scams, murder and perversion is a way of life in America. Besides in America there is no shame, saving of face or guilt as long as the money continues to roll in.

The corruption is very serious and everywhere in this country. Many of them have huge fancy expensive villas with beautiful gardens with expensive top notch materials, plants, fish, rocks, gemstones, etc while many people cannot afford a car or even a good motorcycle. There are more huge grand fancy temples in the country than expressways and metro trains that are badly needed for the country to reduce the really bad traffic. That makes people wonder who paid for these huge fancy expensive temples.

Good example to world leader that corruption are not accepted whether illegal or legal where many at the lower population are still struggling to make ends meet even the world have the latest technologies also the income gap are too hugh to accept for the world to eliminate poverty. The top management should give back more to their organisation though top management should be paid such remuneration package.only the top management n leader can bring down poverty n rich poor gap as they have the " power " n authority to make matters change for the better to all n not for themselves n their immediate family.
