In the minors we had 25 cent hotdog night. By the end of the season we just quit adding ketchup or mustard, and would eat in 1 or 2 bites. The clubby would go get a bunch and we'd hide them in the bullpen for during the game, you could eat 2 in the tunnel between innings! After the game everybody had TONS too! They were so delicious! The guy that ran the concessions owned all the Derweinwrsvhnitzel's in the area. Believe it or not, he also would do 25 cent beer nights too! 7000 drunk baseball fans. My eyes are watering thinking about that yard... The season's I spent there are some of the happiest memories I have... it was magical.
