there isn't a labor shortage there's a career shortage. there's a difference between a job and career. jobs pay terrible wages, have jack for benefits, you work for people who treat you like garbage, and rarely last beyond a year or two. people are tired of jobs. i know I am. but since hiring people to work careers doesn't leave as much money for the people at the top, jobs seems like all we're going to get.
