Does the NEW 2021 BMW M440i perform BETTER than it looks?

The REDESIGNED BMW 4 series is here and it has a lot of people talking. Under the hood of the M440i is a 3.0L turbocharged inline-6 that produces 382 HP and is mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. On the outside the styling had gone extreme with the front grill area. The G22 chassis is longe, wider and lower. On the inside you will notice more room especially the rear seats. There is also an upgraded interior and new tech. Does the NEW 2021 BMW M440i perform BETTER than is looks?

They nailed it with the m8. Everything about that car screams future M car. Beautiful in person, hope the future cars look more like that

The grill looks way better in person and its aggressiveness definitely stands out. You can't go back to the small kidney beans after seeing these. I was going to pick up the RC 350F but now this got me thinking.

i like it now .. before i had doubts about the grill .. but it just grew on me ... its better then the Audi grill

I mean BMW could have made the grill smaller, but just the interior alone is enough to get me to get this over the previous generation. This interior is amazing.

They fumbled the bag with the grill. The back looks amazing and the proportions are excellent but the grill leaves something to be desired.

Looks like they're already coming out with some aftermarket grills to resurrect the look of the car and the m3/m4. It can be saved!

❌The side profile has lost the BMW crease along the waist line. Now super bland.
❌The Hofmeister kink has gone.
❌The rear is bland ‘on the back of every BMW’ with Hyundai lights.
❌The interior - exactly like almost every BMW for the last 10 years.
