Shure SM58 vs ElectroVoice RE20 vs Neewer NW-800

This is a comparison of the Shure SM58, ElectroVoice RE20, and the Neewer NW-800. I changed the audio profile from the last VST experiment video slightly. In this audio profile I set the frequency points more in the pocket of standard receiver pass filters of about 100Hz to just under 4kc but the main point is, the EQ settings and gain were set exactly the same for all 3 mics except for the Neewer where I had to pull the gain down a good bit. Only 3 plugins were used in the mic comparisons. Equalizer, compressor, and reverb, that's it. I encourage you to listen through different devices, speakers, and headphones. Thanks for hanging out with me!

How it sounds on your radio is completely different than how it will sound on my radio. Audio characteristics are determined by the radio itself, and vary slightly by the microphone you connect

What’s up KP, thanks for the video, I run a Cad GXL-2200 condenser mic on my setup. Very nice sounding mic especially for the cost.
Also have a rode pro podcast mic I run on the ftdx10
