The Avengers Project - Announcement Trailer

Marvel Entertainment and Square Enix announced today a multi-year, multi-game partnership, leading with the reveal of The Avengers project. A game based on beloved Marvel heroes, The Avengers project is being crafted by Crystal Dynamics in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal.

This better not be another fighting game, MMO, or Ultimate Alliance type game. Better be a third person action game in the vein of Batman Arkham or something. We already have had Marvel versions of those other genres except one similar to the Arkham games. Please don't disappointment me Crystal/Edios!

For those who don't know, or don't understand, Crystal Dynamics and Eidos are developing this game under Square Enix's banner, much like the Tomb Raider games. Square has many games under their umbrella that they don't solely develop like Hitman and Deus Ex as well. Do not expect a Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts Avengers game.

If this is stupid I swear to god. I want this to be a game like the Arkham Series. An amazing story with great graphics and playable characters with a free roam map.
