My laptop is a 2014 Lenovo laptop, which means it's quite old Will that be a problem? Must I rather do such a quiz from my smartphone?

From the mock exam I am trying to attempt, I am struggling to enable Webcam to proceed. I am using a cellphone. Can anyone please help on how one "enables the Webcam " while using a cellphone.
