Before discussing anything on the bill everyone should know what is the meaning of "Nazul land".
Since I am a law student and I have read about this let me explain this for everyone.
During the period of British Raj, the Britishers had power to snatch away the land of anyone whom they wanted to, in this process Britishers introduced the concept of "Nazul zameen" (Nazul land), these were the properties of the freedom fighters who were caught and were persecuted by the British. In order to completely destroy the freedom struggle Britishers smashed into cover the lands of the freedom fighters who were a threat to them, their property was called "Nazul Zameen".
Technically this "Nazul land" is the land that belongs to the freedom fighters which was snatched away by the British, which even after Independence was not returned back to their families, and to make matters worse government give it on 90 years lease to other people.

90% villages are populated on nazool land, if you're not so blind by religion you'd be able to get to know that what they're trying to do.. They'll give the lands, who will be able to afford it by paying highest prices, which of course poor people will not be able to.. It's a bill just like zamindari system.
