If you've not already put Spotify onto the Garmin connect app...
Go to the Garmin connect app on your phone, search Spotify, install then sync your watch.
Then continue with the video

got a hand me down Fenix 5. No music download options. Under the Music control, only options are volume, play, fast forward, reverse. Bummer 😢
