Mary Sarah Bilder, 'Madison's Hand'

Mary Sarah Bilder talked about her book Madison’s Hand: Revising the Constitutional Convention, in which she examines James Madison’s notes on the 1787 Constitutional Convention. She spoke at the second annual Bill of Rights Day Book Festival at the National Constitution Center.
