For me, this years FIFA looks a little more realistic in terms of passing, player movement, build-up play and the overall slightly slower speed of the game. even still, just like in real life, one moment the speed of the gameplay could be rather slow & methodical wherein a second later a break away or counter attack could happen and the game suddenly moves at lighting speed.

I was watching MC play earlier this morning and that is how they played... slower technical passing until a possible opening wherein the game suddenly erupts at an insane fast pace. In PES, from what I've seen thus far, it has the slow build-up play down, but it doesn't seem to have the lighting fast 1-2-shoot kind of gameplay that FIFA has. Granted I'm no football expert at all, but to me it just seems FIFA looks more realistic and more importantly overall fun.

Now, whether my opinion would still stand when actually controlling the game is another question... many/most people say PES just controls & feels better no question. With all that said, I can't wait to play both demos!!!

The frostbite engine has done wonders to the gameplay it just seems so smooth looking forward to the fully finished product
