Prayer Hour
It moves the heart of God especially when we make time to honor and reverence Him for all the things that He is doing and going to do. Even in the unseen and seen, God still has a plan.

- One of the things that the enemy tries to do is he’ll try to separate and discourage you from going after the things of God
- When life seems weary, there is a blessing when you set aside time, understand, and wholeheartedly believe that your God is still the God who can change things, perform miracles, and do the impossible
- When it comes to the person or the warfare that you are dealing with, Paul says, “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities”, meaning the enemy is always trying to find ways to throw you off track, and it is usually around the time you decide that you want to be focused in certain areas of your life
- It’s in the midst of those times where God is getting ready to do something profound in your life and elevate you to the next level, that the enemy has a way of throwing bait to you
- What you are baited with is not the same thing the enemy will use to bait another
- In the process of Satan baiting, he studies some of the things you have a hard time ignoring, and when he has those opportunities, he takes advantage of those times because those are the times your time is wasted because you bit at something that you thought was enticing, but it was to separate you from what God was going to do next in your life
- The Bible says, “𝘸𝘰𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴! 𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦; 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩! - In the same way that God has an assignment over your life, is the same way that the enemy operates on the other side of it and tries to distract you from going after God by the baits that he lures you in to get your eyesight distracted
- The enemy will always try to present you with a job or opportunity that will take your time away from doing what God has originally planned for your life, and the enemy will always put something in front of you that looks good but is unhealthy to the purpose that God has placed inside of you
- The enemy knows some of the things that you want and knows some of the things that you need, because most times there are witnesses that are doing the things you shouldn’t be doing and he plays on both sides of sin—one side of sin he is enticing you to grab the bait, on the other side if you grab it, he’s throwing out shame for you taking the bait and falling for the thing that he offered you; both sides is a distraction from the plan over your life because you are supposed to live in freedom from the things that are put in your way to distract you from living out the life God wants you to live out
- The word of God says, “offenses will come”, in other words, the first woe is: pity to the person who doesn’t know any better and doesn’t know that the bait that the enemy is trying to put out to you is going to trap you—that trap can consist of a year or seven year long process which distracts you and creates separation from the things that God wants to place into your hand
- When you become a new creature, old things have passed away, therefore, you have to relearn new things in your life because your identity and what God wants to do in your life has changed- you can’t do what you used to do because your calling is different, you’ve been chosen, and you are living in light—you have to represent the light that is inside you
- Your obedience is not another persons obedience; the things you have to submit to God for, even though another person doesn’t have to, it does not change the rules for your life, because your spirit and the assignment that you have been placed on the earth for is at stake - you are are accountable for the assignment that has been produced from the inside of you
- You are responsible for the calling and the gift- a workman that need not be ashamed: you have to show yourself approved

- Some of the things that the enemy is throwing your way can easily be captured through:
1. Offenses
2. The things that you’ve entered in that you shouldn’t have entered in
3. Relationships
4. Conversations that were had and weren’t had
*When a person is offended, sometimes they can do well at masking it where others can’t see that they are offended—because the offense cannot be seen, it cannot be addressed
*This is something that is happening inside- it is a root that is being formed by the bait that you went after because there was a seed that was in the bait—Satan wants to plant a seed that’ll take root inside you
*At first its small and unnoticeable and you walk away from it, but your feelings indicated that you were offended and you took the bait that you weren’t supposed to take, therefore, you don’t uproot it or address it because you don’t think it’s a big deal
