Very informative! Finally I understand what "plucking" is all about. I'm using wigs for different reasons than you - I lost mine due to alopecia. It's so crazy that I'm learning about all this, 20 years after it happened, from people half my age, who actually have their own hair, (although I realise that African hair is super challenging to handle...)
