Hey Leth, I know you have been looking for new ideas, so here is 50. Some of them you have already done but maybe you can add a twist.

Maze Madness: Navigate through a constantly changing maze to reach the goal.
Tag Team Tournament: Players switch out every 30 seconds, only two on the field at a time.
Invisible Arena: The arena is invisible, revealing itself only when the ball or players interact with surfaces.
Hot Potato: The ball becomes a "hot potato" that explodes if not passed or shot within a few seconds.
Time Bomb: A ticking time bomb is attached to the ball, and it explodes after a set time unless a goal is scored.
Magnet Mode: All cars have a magnetic pull towards the ball, with adjustable strength.
King of the Hill: A central elevated platform must be controlled by one team for a certain amount of time to score points.
Multi-Ball Mayhem: Multiple balls are in play at the same time, with goals counting for each ball scored.
Blackout: The arena occasionally goes dark, requiring players to navigate and score with minimal visibility.
Teleport Tag: Random teleport spots on the map that players and the ball can jump between.
Zone Control: Teams must control specific zones of the arena to unlock the ability to score.

Another mode could be a new sumo style map. If its possible, change the direction the tornado goes. Instead of it going up, make it face the front of the cars and blow them off the map.

I really hope Rapid is gonna stay on the channel for a long time! His laugh is a cure!
