Phase Disruptor isn't a detonator for biotic combos because it's considered a combat power.
You don't need ultra light materials on your SMG if it's the only weapon. You can't go "over" 200 weight capacity unless you use Power Efficency or something.
Radius on Biotic Charge often grants you more damage because you can hit 3 enemies instead of one (plus extra crowd control).
Unfortunately, his heavy melee is very unreliable and often misses.
