Autumn Twist™ Encore® Azaleas in 2 Minutes - In this video I go over Autumn Twist™ Encore® Azaleas which is my favorite repeat flowering Azalea. It has bi-color flowers that are purple and white and sometimes solid purple. It will reach around four feet in height and width.

This is my favorite repeat flowering azalea. A little haircut after the spring flowering definitely keeps them full and adds more stems for more flowers in the summer and fall. Thanks for watching.

I love Autumn Twist. Planted one 5 years ago and the deer nibbled it and nibbled it, but it persevered. Took a few years for it to establish, but it is lovely!

Hey Jim have 3 of these love the colors!! One question, a few of mine are wilting or drooping with a few leaf drops and yellowing. I planted correctly and mounded up. It's been in the 90s for days so I have watered every other day. Too much water or not enough? Any ideas would be helpful thanks.

Hey Jim! Thanks for the video. Thinking of planting azaleas along the north side of my house. I have a corner lot and the north side is the street/corner side.
Would this be a viable place to put azaleas? Looking for something showy for peeps driving/walking by :)

I read in a few places about Twist azaleas turning pink. I laughed it off. But mine have just bloomed entirely pink! They were regular expected colors last year. I did have lacebugs attack them last year, and they did not seem happy over winter. Now they look just like my Autumn Royalty. Ever heard of this?

Deer ate my encore azaleas over the winter and I got no blooms this spring! :( Does that mean I won’t get any blooms this year?

This question is off topic, but how can u tell if Roses are getting too much water? A few of the leaves are turning brown around the edges and I cant seem to figure it out🤷‍♀️ also there are pretty big bites being taken out of the leaves but I dont really see a lot of bugs on them, cant figure out what is happening? Thx😄
