I was patiently waiting for Instagram to be talked about coz that's where faking really happens in high levels

There's a lot of actual successful people that have a lot of those traits. Showing off, bragging and making themselves center of attention tends to be more of a mindset not if you're actually rich or just faking it. Some people just love hearing themselves talk particularly when they are winning at life. For me the ones that are faking being rich are the ones that always seem to find a way to have or create a business where they need your money. Selling courses on real estate, stock & forex trading, self help (shout out Andrew Tate) are where you tend to find a lot of fake rich people. Just my 2 cents.

This straight up sounds like the Alux lady is speaking to one person she knows 😂 Very specific traits I must say

I don't think truly successful people would want to brag or else less successful people would start taking advantage of them, or worse start talking crap about the successful ones just to make themselves feel better.

Hi Alux, great video as always. However, I disagree a bit with two points that you mentioned.
1a. I don't think people cherry-pick when having a debate about who was right or wrong or what is right or wrong. People can admit when they are wrong, but it is also important to acknowledge all the points when each person was right as well. That is a fair and full-rounded discussion.
Some people love to cherry-pick in gossiping as to determine what is ok to gossip about, but they should not be gossiping at all.

1b. Truly successful people are not concerned with making themselves look good through cherry-picking because they simply do the things that make them look good. Also, you can tell by someone's intentions and how they say things to know if they are trying to be honest with a full picture or if they are trying to be nasty or disrespectful.

2. I see nothing wrong with using the phrase "a learning experience." To say that is the same as admitting you were wrong about something or made a mistake. And yes, we should learn from our mistakes. We shouldn't go by "rumors" but rather by verified facts. The necessary disciplinary actions should be taken against a successful person if they do something bad. However, also we're all human and they will have to see their mistake or bad choice as "a learning experience" like everybody else.

This video is spot on! I know a few fake "successful" people and I've met a few who applied for my rental homes but did not qualify because when digging deep enough into their financial ability to pay rent, they don't qualify but boy do they spend a lot of money on frivelous things. They all fit this discription, every bit of it. I can spot the "fake success" folks a mile away, they don't fool me at all.

Wow! In spanish there's a saying: People treat you the way you look and if you look bad they mistreat you. (rhymes in spanish). In netflix Suits they over emphasize the importance of dressing up...

Whenever a person criticizes me for having an android, I simply respond " You spent $1300 for a iphone.".

That is a Tywin Lannister quote. “Anyone who says that I am king is no true king.”

On point! Reminds me a lot of my Uncle Edmund and his family. They always find ways to bring up current investments claiming that they own a hospital all to themselves even if they just own shares of the corporation that owns the hospital which is entirely different from owning the hospital itself. Spends a lot on the aesthetic material things to impress others but has a very poor lifestyle on a daily basis. And thinks that they know everything even about things that aren't within their field expertise. And to be honest we don't even know what he does for a living. Such a shame.

I keep thinking about pyramid scheme people, self help gurus, and social Media personalities.

some people grow up with a parent like this and have a tougher time identifying such bad examples later in life. so this is more helpful than you may realize. thank you!

With all of those traits to be shown as a fake successor, how can someone actually notice I’m true now. For I’m each one of those traits, only showing afterwards to be honest and real by the end of the day. For if I don’t know then i tell them. I don’t buy the highest dollar of clothes, I do keep to myself, no one knows what I do, money is important, all to say only in different occasions. For I use what I have and what I do as I need or when it’s needed. I’m only to say, I’m in the game to change and for help, not caring about the wins. So where does success and fake come to play when it’s to just live next DAY!!
