the gap between midnights (october 22) and ttpd (april 24) is 18 months. taylor does release albums with a 2 year gap (not exactly with months but you get the point) so i personally think we will get an announcement for TS12 on her 36th birthday and with a february 2026 release date - most of her albums have been released in october - november (debut, fearless, speak now, red, 1989, reputation, midnights) and with ttpd not being released in that time i think we will get another album in the first half of the year. i do agree that she will have a orange-purple scheme for the album as in the ICDIWABH MV she is seen with a purple skirt and orange props ..why that combination? purple is her favourite colour but orange is very mysterious. i also think if we get any rep tv mvs (getaway car!) there will be a lot of easter eggs (like bejewelled) or even another TTPD mv (i don’t think there will be but always gotta keep your options open 😅) . of course this could be completely wrong because taylor is full of surprises and i genuinely wouldn’t be shocked if she randomly released an album next week 😂
