When you remove the bottom cover on 1st step, there is small red square sticker.. thats water damage indicator.. by default its white and turns red when in contact with water.. its used in almost all mobile phones also.. probably water damaged the electronics..

1. Check whether the board is receiving (stable) power from battery. Confirm there is no loose connection.
2. Clean the pressure sensor (because the grease might enter its compartment and not getting expected pressure)
3. Clean the pressure outlet pipe (Pump output - pressure sensor - device output)
4. Check the components for short or any damaged components (I suspect transistors) - I don't think this might not be an issue in your case

A good battery has to be 4.17 volts. The unit isn’t initializing as there is isn’t enough charge left in the battery. Solution is change the battery pack.
