When I pull up energy use on mac, there are no units, just a number. Unable to know what that means.

Local Cooling is massively inaccurate. mine show 188watts used allowing 6 watts for a 3080, 90 watts for my monitors which shows as a single 23-24" (I have 2x 27")

Don't screw around with any BS software. Use a Watt/Voltage meter in your outlets and they'll show you everything flowing through that outlet.
