The only flight in the world that is longer than the longest! Trip Report and COVID Transit Experience in Singapore Airlines Business Class- is it still one of the Best Business Class experiences? Full trip from Ho Chi Minh City to New York JFK via Singapore from late September 2021. Check out how Singapore Airlines has altered their inflight product as well as what they consider a "Premium" Transit Experience.

My Other Channels

Why is this longer than the longest flight? Typically we think of the longest commercial route as SIN-EWR, but the temporary rerouting to JFK is actually 3 miles longer (According to GC Map!).

That J supper looks better than my last F supper (not dinner, supper) in SQ. They really need to make dine on demand available.

Superb clarity and detail !

I am flying JFK to Indonesia (CGK) and transiting through SIN

Inbound on SQ23 (VTL), return on SQ24 ... have a 20hr layover in SIN on the return from CGK to JFK ...

I have been very apprehensive of the 20hr layover on the way back because of SIN's transit lounges a la your video but reading your comments on how things have changed is heartening !

Looking forward to your next video overviewing the changes.

Thanks for this video! I was thinking of making a similar trip as soon the COVID ordeal lightens up.. just from SFO - SIN - SGN with Singapore Airlines.
Hope your channel blows up ASAP. Awesome content.

Love Singapore Air. Flew Business once a month roundtrip from JFK to Frankfurt via Book-the-Cook. I always got sole bulkhead Seat 10

Outstanding trip report. Liked and subscribed. Their business class seats are beautiful and comfortable. I hope to try SQ's 787-10 and A350-900 service between SGN and SIN in the future

Good video, which is about the right length, with time used very efficiently. I also like your post-filming commentary, which works better than some reviewers' rambling into the camera.
P.S No surprise to see Singapore doing the public health bit so thoroughly at the airport.

I've been to Singapore twice in the last two weeks and I have not seen anything as restricted as this. Business Lounges were open and you could freely move around the airport, as long as you had reason to be there. For changes between terminals, you would get a wristband. It was reasonable busy at the airport too.
